The post holder will be the point of contact for all administrative issues relating to patients’ pathway of care. They will work as part of a team, providing expertise in managing the patient pathway from referral to treatment, ensuring smooth processes.
The role requires maintaining high patient and clinician satisfaction by being accessible, customer-focused, and knowledgeable. The post holder will follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure functions are performed correctly within set timescales.
