Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated Receptionist for our Urgent Treatment Centre at Crawley Hospital. You will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a calm, friendly and professional service with strong communication skills.
The role includes coordinating reception and clerical services to support efficient operation across UTC/CAU, with flexible hours across 7:15am–10:15pm, Monday to Sunday, including bank holidays.

This role is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, a calm demeanour, and a passion for helping others.
The successful candidate will be working variable hours between 7:15am - 10:15pm Monday to Sunday (bank holidays inclusive) on reception in our Urgent Treatment centre (UTC) or (CAU) to ensure the efficient and effective operation of all units through the co‑ordination and provision of high standards of reception and clerical services.
