• Lead the implementation of strategic operational plans for the CBU, aligning with Trust objectives and governance requirements.
• Act as a senior leader within the care group, ensuring performance managed delivery of services.
• Coordinate with external bodies such as commissioners on contracts and pathways.
• Provide coaching and leadership to clinical, staff and stakeholder teams to support decision making.
