The role provides essential administrative support, coordinating patient visits, managing caseloads, and assisting with data extraction and daily reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative/coordination roles, preferably in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Answer catheter phones and manage communications.
• Order uniform, clinical stock, PPE and office supplies.
• Maintain staff personnel files and assist with data extraction.
• Support daily reports and ad hoc admin tasks as needed.
• Coordinate patient visits and oversee caseload with Leads and Managers.
