HealthHero Integrated Care is seeking a Base Team Lead to oversee Urgent Care operations across Shropshire, Telford and Wrekin, Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, Ludlow and Whitchurch. The role involves line management, recruitment, training and ensuring quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with the Operations Manager and HealthHero Integrated Care team, with a flexible shift pattern including days, weekends, overnights and bank holidays.
