HealthHero Integrated Care is recruiting a Base Team Lead to support Urgent Care services across bases in Telford, Shrewsbury, Bridgnorth, Ludlow and Whitchurch. The role involves line management, recruitment support, and ensuring high-quality patient care in a 24/7 environment.

You will work with the Operations Manager and base teams to maintain smooth operations, handle HR processes, induction, and staff development while ensuring compliance and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in an operational healthcare setting is advantageous.
• Ability to work autonomously and flexibly with internal and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to analyse data and review procedures, such as SOPs and monthly reporting.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Line manage the Urgent Care team at your base.
• Supervise team to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Assist in recruiting across the IUC Service, including interviews and training.
• Guide health and social care professionals to achieve patient outcomes.
• Liaise with allied health and social care agencies to support patient journeys.
• Oversee medication stock and medical equipment; ensure vehicle readiness.
