Job summary

HealthHero Integrated Care is recruiting independent, autonomous Prescribing Clinicians to support our Out-of-Hours Urgent Care across Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin. Roles include face-to-face shifts at Primary Care Centres in Shrewsbury, Telford, Bridgnorth, Ludlow and Whitchurch, plus mobile home visits and regional triage from the Head Office.

Working from our Telford HQ, you will join a multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, timely care, with senior clinician support available remotely

Qualifications

• Registered nurse, paramedic or allied health professional with non-medical prescribing.
• Experience working in urgent care or out-of-hours settings is desirable.
• Ability to assess and manage adult and paediatric patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide autonomous clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment where appropriate.
• Triage and prioritise patients, including home visits with a clinical car when required.
• Refer patients to suitable care settings and support care coordination.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and NHS111 pathways during core hours.
