Job summary

IC24 in Basildon is seeking a Team Manager to lead and develop a Health Advisors team in NHS 111 and GP Out of Hours services. You will drive performance, coach staff, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care in a hybrid work model.

You’ll use real-time data to identify trends, support interviews, and manage performance while maintaining a positive culture across shifts, including evenings and weekends.
