Urban Security Systems & Fire is recruiting an apprentice to train with experienced engineers on access control, video surveillance, intruder alarms and fire alarms. You will be paired with mentors, learning hands-on with real systems during block release training.
The training is delivered by Skills for Security, with sessions at the Dagenham centre, working towards a Level 3 Fire, Emergency & Security Systems Technician apprenticeship and building a future in the security industry.
Due to business growth Urban Security Systems & Fire are now looking to recruit another apprentice. The apprentice will initially be paired with existing engineers and mentor.
Each day can be different depending on the client and jobs that are to be completed.
This will include but not exhaustive to the installation, repair, servicing, commissioning and maintenance of fire and security systems.
Probation period is 6 months.
As an apprentice, you'll work alongside experienced engineers to install, maintain and fault-find on the following systems:

Your apprenticeship training is delivered by Skills for Security, specialists in fire and security training.
You'll train through block release at our Dagenham centre, for one week every eight weeks (Tuesday-Friday).
You'll work towards a Level 3 Fire, Emergency & Security Systems Technician apprenticeship, gaining real skills and a nationally recognised qualification.
