Job summary

Kitt designs and operates workspace for vibrant brands. The Junior Client Success Manager will drive superior client experience across a portfolio, ensuring day-to-day needs are met by delivery teams and uncovering revenue through upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, account management or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients.
• Curious, proactive, goal-oriented and able to hit targets.
• Organised and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts.
• Build strong relationships with office managers, lead tenants and influencers.
• Monitor client experience and service quality, address requests and safety procedures.
• Escalate issues with Senior Operations Managers and Senior Account Managers as needed.
• Meet or exceed KPIs with proactive client updates.
• Drive client retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth through engagement.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
• Create a funnel of commercial opportunities for Senior Account Managers to convert.
