Job summary

KINESSO, a performance marketing agency, seeks a Client Success Account Manager to strengthen client retention and support sustainable growth across assigned accounts. You will be the day-to-day contact, build trusted relationships, and ensure proactive, professional service.

You will manage smaller to mid-sized accounts and coordinate with internal channel teams to deliver cross-channel activity, keeping clients informed on progress and results.

Responsibilities

• Take day-to-day ownership of assigned client accounts, ensuring activity aligns with plans, targets, timelines and budgets.
• Build trusted relationships with day-to-day client contacts through regular formal and informal communication.
• Coordinate internal teams to ensure campaigns and projects are delivered on time, on brief, and within budget.
• Prepare cross-channel strategies, client plans, performance reviews and quarterly business reviews.
• Analyse results and develop actionable recommendations with channel specialists.
• Produce high-quality client-facing presentations and documentation in line with brand guidelines.
