Kitt is hiring a Junior Client Success Manager to deliver a superior client experience across a portfolio of clients in the UK. You will ensure daily service excellence from our delivery teams, while identifying upsell opportunities and expanding revenue through proactive outreach.

You will build strong relationships with office managers, lead tenants and influencers, maintaining detailed oversight of client interactions, service requests, and health and safety procedures, all while staying

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, account management, or sales.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with office managers, lead tenants and influencers.
• Monitor a client's experience and service from Kitt, including requests, messages, and procedures.
• Escalate issues to Senior Operations/Account Managers when needed.
• Hit or exceed KPIs with proactive client updates.
• Drive retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth through proactive engagement and updates.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities from the portfolio.
