Job summary

Eaton Corporation is seeking UPS Commissioning Engineers to support the UK South region. You will commission large UPS systems, understand on-line and line-interactive UPS designs, and perform site acceptance testing while ensuring safety practices.

You will configure remote monitoring software, document thermography and reporting, and engage with stakeholders on technical details. A base in the South of the UK is required, with regional travel implied.

Qualifications

• Educated to a HNC or higher in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning of large UPS systems.
• Understand and create commissioning scripts for on-line and line-interactive UPS.
• Carry out site acceptance testing on customer sites.
• Set up and configure remote monitoring software.
• Communicate with key stakeholders on a technical level.
• Apply anti-static policies and ECN process to repairs.
