Qualifications

• Experience in a classroom setting with responsibility for whole-class supervision.
• Confident in managing behaviour and delivering lessons from prepared plans.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teaching teams.
• Positive, resilient and inclusive mindset contributing to wider school life.
• Level 3 qualification in an educational field.

Responsibilities

• Delivering whole-class lessons during PPA or teacher absence, ensuring pupils remain engaged.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Supporting pupils’ learning and wellbeing, including small group or individual work when required.
• Building positive relationships with pupils and staff to maintain high standards of learning.
• Upholding safeguarding procedures and modelling the school’s values.
