Job summary

Milk Education is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated UKS2 Primary Teachers to work across primary schools in South Manchester. We welcome qualified teachers and ECTs who are confident teaching Years 5 and 6 and passionate about preparing children for the next stage of their education.

Opportunities include long-term, flexible supply, or permanent roles across different school settings, with a range of start dates from September.

Qualifications

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) required.
• ECTs encouraged to apply.
• Experience teaching UKS2 / Years 5 and 6 desirable.
• Strong knowledge of the Primary National Curriculum.
• Excellent classroom and behaviour management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the UKS2 curriculum.
• Teach and support pupils in Years 5 and 6.
• Differentiate learning to meet individual needs.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress.
• Maintain high expectations for learning and behaviour.
• Build positive relationships with pupils, staff and families.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and school teams.
