NatWest Boxed is hiring a Commercial Performance Lead for its unsecured personal lending business. You will own growth initiatives, work with clients and aggregator partners, and drive commercial outcomes through collaboration with Pricing, Credit and Product teams.

You’ll analyze data, build joint roadmaps, balance volume, risk and margin, and shape channel strategy to expand market share across our brands.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with data-driven insights using Excel modelling and/or Python/SQL.
• Financial modelling skills and the ability to frame and communicate complex analyses clearly.
• Experience in Commercial or Credit roles in open market Unsecured Personal Lending and in embedded/white-labelled lending or SaaS fintech.

Responsabilités

• Identify success factors, pain points and growth opportunities with clients and aggregator partners.
• Create shared initiative roadmaps to drive joint success.
• Balance trade-offs between volume, risk, margin and conversion with Pricing, Credit Risk and Product teams.
• Dive deep into data to identify growth levers and expand market share across brands.
• Optimize channel strategy and economics to improve portfolio performance.
• Feed build requirements into the product roadmap with quantified commercial rationale.
