Barclay Simpson is partnering with a leading UK financial services organisation to recruit a Lead Commercial Manager – Mortgages in Bradford. This hybrid role blends strong analytical work with shaping portfolio performance and the commercial strategy of a growing lending portfolio.

You will analyse performance, produce executive reporting, and collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Risk and Customer functions while managing relationships with external lending partners.

Formación

• Experience in banking, lending or financial services.
• Strong analytical and reporting capability.
• Advanced Excel and exposure to Power BI, SQL or similar tools.
• Experience communicating insights to senior stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Understanding of lending portfolios and commercial performance drivers.

Responsabilidades

• Analyse portfolio performance and identify opportunities to improve commercial returns.
• Produce executive-level reporting and management information.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Finance, Treasury, Risk and Customer functions.
• Manage relationships with external lending partners.
• Support strategic initiatives and portfolio growth.
