NaturalMotion is hiring a Client Generalist Software Engineer to join a distributed team building a new mobile free-to-play title. You’ll work across gameplay, meta, and core tech, owning features end-to-end and collaborating with design and backend engineers.

We operate a hybrid model with 2 days in the London office and the rest remote. We value learning, mentorship, and adaptability to multiple domains within Unreal Engine.

Qualifications

• Experience as a software engineer in game development with Unreal Engine.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and solid CS fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and collaborative work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement game features in UE5 across gameplay, meta, and core tech.
• Develop tools for engineers and content creators.
• Define tasks, scope systems, and triage bugs.
