You will work across gameplay, meta, and core tech, owning features end-to-end in a distributed team with mentorship. Expect a hybrid pattern with two days in London and three at home.

We value learning agility, collaboration, and strong C++/Unreal Engine skills, plus the desire to tackle diverse engineering challenges across domains.

Qualifications

• Experience as Software Engineer in the game industry using Unreal Engine.
• Proficiency in C++ and solid understanding of data structures and algorithms.
• Strong communication and collaboration in a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop features and game functionality in UE5.
• Develop tools for engineering and content creators.
• Define and scope out tasks and systems.
• Triage and address bugs.
