NaturalMotion, a UK-based game studio, is hiring a Server & Infrastructure Engineer for their London hybrid team. You will work on core backend systems, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD pipelines, supporting live services and build systems with minimal supervision.

The role combines office presence two days weekly with remote work, offering a strong emphasis on software craftsmanship, high-availability systems, and collaboration across engineering squads.

Qualificações

• Backend services in Python/Go/C# for scalable systems
• AWS infrastructure provisioning with Terraform (IaC)
• Build/automation platforms such as Jenkins/TeamCity/Unreal Horde
• Strong Git workflows and version control (GitHub, Perforce/Helix Core)
• Able to manage moderate-to-complex tasks independently and communicate status

Responsabilidades

• Design, deploy, and support scalable server architectures and cloud infrastructure.
• Build, maintain, and optimise CI/CD workflows and automated deployment pipelines across cloud environments.
• Participate in technical planning, architectural brainstorming, and cost/complexity estimation for multi-week efforts.
• Proactively identify workflow bottlenecks and improve engineering productivity, tooling, and code quality.
• Share best practices and maintain collaboration across engineering squads.
