Milk Education are seeking an Unqualified Teacher to join a 3-19 SEN school in Middlesbrough on a full-time basis. You will cover lessons across primary/secondary key stages, creating a positive classroom environment and supporting student learning.

Working hours: 8.30am-3.30pm Monday to Friday

Milk Education are currently working in partnership with a fantastic 3-19 SEN school that is seeking a confident and enthusiastic Unqualified Teacher to join their staff team on a full-time basis.

The role of an Unqualified Teacher is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced teaching assistants, youth workers, sports coaches, tutors, or individuals with experience working with young people who are looking to gain valuable classroom experience within a school setting.

As an Unqualified Teacher, you will cover lessons during the absence of main teaching staff, ensuring students remain engaged, focused, and on task with the work provided. You will be responsible for creating a positive classroom environment, maintaining high expectations of behaviour and supporting student learning.

You will work across a variety of subject areas and year groups, gaining valuable experience within a supportive and welcoming school environment.

Unqualified Teacher Key Responsibilities:
