Job summary

Envision Education is seeking an Unqualified SEND Teaching Assistant in Maidenhead for a September start. The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm, supporting pupils with SEND to access the curriculum.

The successful candidate will work with the class teacher and SEND team to support development, behaviour, and wellbeing in an inclusive setting. Experience with SEND is desirable but not essential, with a patient and caring approach valued.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 4:00pm).
• Genuine passion for supporting children with SEND.
• Experience with children, young people or SEND desirable but not essential.
• Patient, caring and understanding approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
• Willingness to learn and develop in an educational setting.
• Ability to commute to or work within the Maidenhead area.
