Job summary

Envision Education is seeking an Unqualified SEND Teaching Assistant for a school in Bourne End, starting in September. This full-time role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am–4:00pm, offering a welcoming environment to support pupils with SEND.

Qualifications

• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 4:00pm).
• A genuine passion for supporting children with SEND.
• Previous experience working with children, young people, SEND or in a care/support setting is desirable but not essential.
• A patient, caring and understanding approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to build positive relationships with pupils.
• The confidence to support children with a range of additional needs.
• A willingness to learn and develop your skills within an educational setting.
• The ability to commute to or work within the Bourne End area.

We are currently recruiting for a confident, patient and enthusiastic Unqualified SEND Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Bourne End for a September start.

Previous experience working with children or young people with SEND is highly desirable.
