Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Unit Nurse Manager (General) to lead nursing care in our care home. You will plan, manage and monitor the delivery of compassionate, high-quality care, implementing person-centred care plans that positively affect residents daily lives.

As a registered nurse with current NMC registration, you will mentor staff, develop care plans and work with regulators, social services and the wider team to ensure best practice and regulatory compliance.

Formación

• Be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC registration.
• Proven track record in developing care plans and risk assessments.
• Knowledge of DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, manage and monitor the delivery of nursing care.
• Implement person-centred care plans.
• Plan rotas; recruit, train and mentor staff.
• Build relationships with local regulators and social services.
• Drive continuous improvements to quality of care.
