Job summary

Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Nursing Community Manager to lead a team of nurses and carers, delivering high quality, person-centred care across our community. You will work alongside the General Manager and multidisciplinary team to promote dignity, independence and wellbeing for residents.

Key duties include oversight of clinical care, accurate care plans, safe medication management, and leading continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• This role requires current NMC registration and revalidation.
• At least two years' experience as a Registered Nurse in clinical or social care.
• Strong clinical knowledge and regulatory understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of clinical care within the community and ensure care plans are up to date.
• Manage medication Safely and ensure regulatory standards are met consistently.
• Mentor and develop colleagues, drive continuous improvement and best practice.
• Lead a team of nurses and carers with focus on dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
• Collaborate with General Manager and multidisciplinary team to enhance outcomes.
