Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Experience in developing care plans and risk assessments.
• Up-to-date knowledge of DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plan rotas and recruit, train and mentor staff.
• Manage and monitor delivery of nursing to meet residents' needs.
• Build relationships with local regulators and social services.
• Implement person-centred care plans that improve residents' daily lives.
