Bagel Factory in Leeds seeks a Unit Manager to act as the link between strategic vision and customer experience. You will own the store’s operational and financial success, leading with energy, passion and accountability, delivering world-class customer service in line with W.O.W.S pillars.

The role requires inspiring and developing the team, managing P&L up to EBITDA, and driving commercial performance while upholding brand standards.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Strong understanding of KPIs and translating insights into plans.
• Hands-on leadership style to motivate teams under pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure highest quality bagels, drinks and store presentation.
• Maintain food safety, health & safety, and company policies.
• Oversee cleanliness, shop setup and consistency across shifts.
• Communicate sales targets and objectives to the team.
• Develop staffing plans and production/ordering schedules.
• Report store performance to Operations Manager and suggest improvements.
• Lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
• Recruit, train and develop BF Team Members and Team Leaders.
• Manage staff performance and payroll timecards.
