Compass Group UK&I is seeking a Unit Manager to ensure smooth store operations for a major High Street brand. You will lead a team, drive excellent customer service and uphold brand standards in a 40-hour week.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and develop a high performing team to deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring shop floor and service areas run smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain rigorous compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards in a clean, safe environment.
• Manage stock levels, product availability, and merchandising standards to maximise sales and minimise waste.
• Drive commercial performance through planning, forecasting, and cost control.
• Ensure customers receive an outstanding shopping experience by resolving issues promptly and maintaining service levels.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives aligned with values and efficiency, engagement, and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with central teams to deliver campaigns, promotions and new product launches.
• Support colleague training and development to ensure a confident, capable team aligned with service expectations.
