Compass Group UK&I is recruiting a dedicated Unit Manager for an M&S branded unit on the High Street, working full time with a 40-hour week. You will lead a busy team, ensure quality service, and uphold brand standards while driving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will manage daily operations, stock levels, health and safety, and merchandising, collaborating on seasonal campaigns and staff development to support growth and excellent shopper experiences.

Qualifications
