• Assist in administration to support Undergraduate Admin Lead and Medical faculty with co-ordination of medical education services.

• Provide systems administration for the Education Department databases.
• Maintain and update content of intra- and internet sites.
• Analyse feedback and assist in producing reports highlighting issues.
• Organise work placements for students pursuing medicine.
• Support Faculty, Educational Supervisors, and Clinical Educators with timetables, rotas and information packs for undergraduates.
• Assist in allocation of mentors and supervisors for medical education students.
• Plan ahead to ensure timetables and presentations are available and prepare teaching materials.
