University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking a Band 3 Postgraduate Medical & Dental Education support role at the Stafford site. The permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours) runs Monday–Friday with occasional out-of-hours toil.

You will assist Life Support course delivery, monitor Foundation Doctors portfolios toward ARCP, and maintain PGMC audio-visual equipment and reception duties. The post requires GCSE English, Office software skills, and practical administration

Qualifications

Educated to GCSE level or equivalent specifically English
RSA 11 word processing or equivalent Experience of
Experience of Microsoft Office software and database experience
Relevant experience of office administrative tasks
Ability to realise when it is necessary to liaise with more senior members of the team
Previous experience in a receptionist/clerical role
Knowledge of a wide range of audio-visual equipment & communication systems

Responsabilités

Attend Life Support courses and assist the Course Co-ordinators in the setup of equipment and manoeuvring equipment during the courses. This will involve out of hours working.
Monitoring portfolios of Foundation Doctors and keeping accurate records as trainees move towards ARCP.
To provide maintenance and technical support of audio equipment within the PGMC and demonstrations if required. Reception duties are also a requirement.
