United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an Administrator for Undergraduate Medical Education (Band 3). The role is part-time, 28 hours per week, based at Lincoln County Hospital, Lincoln.

You will support the Undergraduate Medical Education team, coordinating modules, timetables, and placement plans to enable delivery of medical teaching. We welcome motivated individuals with strong IT and communication skills.

Qualifications

• GCSE grade C or above in English or equivalent.
• RSA III or equivalent word-processing experience.
• NVQ Level 3 Administration or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of undergraduate medical education issues.
• Awareness of national agenda in relation to medical education and training.

Responsabilités

• Support undergraduate medical education by managing modules and timetables.
• Plan and produce timetables and placement plans in liaison with medical staff.
• Assist with setting up teaching rooms and AV equipment for sessions and exams.
• Coordinate with volunteer patients and support teaching activities.
• Undertake other general administrative duties within the education centre as required.
