Job summary

Volkswagen Group UK invites applications for two HR industrial placements starting June 2027 in Milton Keynes. You will support employees’ development, handle HR queries, and assist in talent and communications projects within the People Team.

The scheme targets undergraduate students eligible to work full-time in the UK for twelve months and pursuing a sandwich degree with a one-year placement.

Qualifications

• Undergrad with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent customer service mindset.
• Able to communicate effectively within the People Team and with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• People Operations: first point of contact handling HR queries and administering the employee lifecycle.
• Talent, Development and Communications: provide admin support across T&D and IC teams and manage training records and promotions.
