Job summary

Volkswagen Group UK is offering an undergraduate placement in Milton Keynes to develop and produce accurate HR data analysis and reporting. You’ll support the People Team and wider business, delivering insights to enhance HR strategy during a twelve-month placement from June 2027.

You’ll gain exposure to data gathering and manipulation, working with stakeholders across the company, with a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student eligible to work full-time in the UK for twelve months from June 2027.
• Must be on a sandwich degree with a one-year industrial placement.
• Able to gather and manipulate data with good analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce accurate, timely data analysis and reporting for the People Team and wider business.
• Provide people data insights in identified HR areas and support wider People Team initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance HR strategy through data-driven insights.
