Qualifications

• Open to university students eligible to work full-time in the UK for twelve months from June 2027.
• Must be on a sandwich degree offering a one-year industrial placement.
• Two placement streams: People Operations and Talent, Development & Communications.

Responsibilities

• Support the employee lifecycle from start to exit as the first point of contact.
• Respond to general HR queries and administer routine HR tasks and records.
• Maintain training records and assist across T&D and IC activities.
• Promote internal communications and assist stakeholders across the business.
