Volkswagen Group UK is offering two HR industrial placements starting June 2027 in Milton Keynes. You will support HR processes and development activities while working across HR systems and communications platforms.

This undergraduate fixed-term placement provides a structured experience in a leading automotive employer. Applicants should be on a sandwich degree with a one-year placement, eligible to work full-time in the UK, and able to commute to Milton Keynes.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
• Eligible to work full-time in the UK for twelve months from June 2027.
• Enrolled in a sandwich degree offering a one-year industrial placement.

Responsibilities

• People Operations: be the first point of contact for HR queries and administer the employee lifecycle.
• Talent, Development and Communications: provide administration support and manage training records.
