Volkswagen Group UK is offering a June 2027 start for two HR industrial placements, located in Stony Stratford/Milton Keynes. You will help recruit and develop talent, supporting employees to grow professionally within a fast-moving UK automotive industry.

Two streams are available: People Operations and Talent, Development & Communications, with assessment steps including numerical and situational tests, video interview, and final face-to-face assessment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise a varied workload.
• Excellent customer service mindset and proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide first point of contact for HR queries and administer the employee lifecycle in People Operations.
• Support Talent, Development and Internal Communications with administration and project support across T&D and IC teams.
