Job summary

Volkswagen Group UK is offering a 12-month undergraduate industrial placement based in Milton Keynes, starting June 2027. You will support the people development agenda by gathering data, preparing reports, and delivering insights to the network.

You will coordinate and maintain key data, assist projects, and provide support to stakeholders across the business. The placement includes a salary of £23,500, pension, on-site restaurant, car schemes, and wellbeing benefits.

Qualifications

• Interest in people development.
• Enjoys gathering and analysing data.
• Keen eye for detail and teamwork, plus ability to drive own agenda.
• Eligible to work full-time in the UK for twelve months from June 2027.
