Job summary

American Express is seeking a Digital Product Manager to design, develop and manage product lifecycles from concept through end of life. You will partner with stakeholder teams to refine strategy and roadmaps and serve as a central resource across design, development, QA and marketing to deliver value.

You will manage the features backlog, prioritize capabilities with input from customers, analysts and architects, and ensure timely delivery using agile methodologies.

• Graduation date in 2028.

Responsibilities

• Assists in developing the business case for new products or features. Assists in the research of regulatory developments and provides preliminary input on analysis of potential implications to existing Products.
• Supports in the creation and maintenance of the product backlog, prioritizing features and establishing timelines for product releases.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology and other adjacent stakeholders to gather and document product requirements and to ensure timely delivery of product features.
• Assists in the identification of technical gaps and collaborates with broader teams to facilitate resolution risks and changes tied to product management initiatives.
• Understands competitive and internal positioning for their product or product line through market research.
• Use analytical abilities and strategic perspective to identify trends & recommend solutions that will help improve the user experience
