Job summary

American Express seeks a high-potential Associate Digital Product Management in Enterprise Technology Services for a full-time graduate program. You will contribute to product and platform initiatives, framing customer problems, and guiding data-informed decisions to create measurable value.

You’ll partner with product managers, engineers, designers, data analysts, and stakeholders to drive discovery, prioritization, and successful delivery while emphasizing responsible AI and strong user

Qualifications

Interest in technology, product management, digital products, and data-informed decisions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation ability.
Clear written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience through coursework, projects, internships, or leadership roles in relevant field.

Responsibilities

Frame customer or colleague problems, define opportunities, and document requirements and user stories.
Conduct customer discovery, user research, usability testing, and synthesize insights.
Support prioritization using value, feasibility, risk, and data evidence.
Define outcomes, KPIs, dashboards, and post-launch learning plans with analytics teams.
Collaborate across product, engineering, design, risk, and business teams on concepts and roadmaps.
Explore AI or automation to improve journeys while applying responsible AI practices.
