Job summary
American Express is seeking an experienced leader for Enterprise Card Services Technology (ICST) to drive delivery of priority technology outcomes and align product plans with business needs. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations and Business teams to translate priorities into executable technology plans and ensure successful delivery across multiple markets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, and/or comparable experience.
- Strong working knowledge of technology delivery, programme/project management, SDLC and Agile ways of working.
- Strong working knowledge of product and portfolio management, including roadmaps, prioritisation, demand management, capacity planning and governance.
- Knowledge of multi-team planning and delivery, including PI Planning or similar approaches, and relevant delivery management tools.
Responsibilities
- Surface trade-offs and sequencing choices across Product, Technology and Business teams.
- Lead and track delivery of priority technology initiatives with aligned outcomes.
- Lead and orchestrate Pre-PI Planning, Scrum-of-Scrums, and cross-team forums.
