Job summary

Airbus in Stevenage is offering an undergraduate placement with the Future Programmes & Proposals group. You will participate in studies and proposals, supporting system engineers and project managers throughout the lifecycle of future mission concepts.

Open to undergraduates for the full duration of the placement; you will gain hands-on experience in mission studies, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement, with flexible hours and hybrid work options depending on role.

Qualifications

• Open to Undergraduates for the whole placement duration.
• Applicants should be studying Aerospace Engineering, Physics or similar subjects.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace is expected.
• Experience with CAD, MATLAB or programming is advantageous.
• Strong analytical, teamwork and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support technical studies and system architecture definition for future missions.
• Assist with performance analysis and project budgeting.
• Support proposal development with documentation and presentations.
• Engage with stakeholders and collaborate with international Airbus teams.
