Connells is seeking an Affordable Homes Sales Advisor in Leominster to guide buyers through shared ownership sales and deliver an exceptional on-site customer experience from first enquiry to keys handover.

You will work closely with developers and purchasers, building lasting relationships in a fast-paced sales environment. The role offers training, a clear career path, a company car or car allowance, and recognition through internal awards.

Qualifications

• Experience in new homes sales or estate agency preferred.
• Passion for property, people and delivering high standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Confident, proactive approach and ability to manage a busy development site.
• Flexible working pattern, including weekends

Responsibilities

• Guide buyers through shared ownership sales from enquiry to handover.
