Job summary

Bellway is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our Leicester development. You will report to the Sales Manager and handle day-to-day sales activities, progress reservations through contract exchange and legal completion, and deliver the highest level of service to customers.

The role is predominantly site-based with some travel to divisional offices. We offer a competitive basic salary plus monthly commission, a contributory pension, 25 days holiday, benefits portal, and flexible working

Qualifications

• Experience in the housebuilding industry is beneficial.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
• Experience in property sales and marketing processes.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets as defined by senior management.
• Liaise with customers, solicitors and financial advisors to ensure timely contract exchange and completions.
• Guide customers around show homes and sites to demonstrate product features and benefits.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and coordinate with Site Manager on meetings.
