Qualifications

• Experience in new homes sales or estate agency preferred.
• Strong passion for property, people and high standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Confident, proactive approach and ability to manage a busy development site.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of on-site new homes developments for shared ownership; guide buyers from enquiry to handover of keys.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build lasting relationships with developers, colleagues and purchasers.
• Work closely with developers and other teams to ensure sales are smooth, professional and personal.
