Freeman Forman, part of the Connells Group, is seeking a proactive New Homes Sales Advisor to join our Robertsbridge on-site team. You’ll guide buyers from first enquiry to handover, delivering an exceptional customer experience and building lasting relationships on development sites.

With a base salary of £25k plus uncapped commission, you’ll benefit from award-winning training, a clear career path, and recognition through internal incentives as you grow with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in new homes sales or estate agency is preferred, but strong sales professionals from other sectors will be considered.
• Passion for property, people and delivering high standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Confident, proactive approach and the ability to manage a busy development site.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Guide buyers from first enquiry to handover while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Work closely with developers, colleagues and purchasers to ensure smooth sales on site.
• Represent Freeman Forman on the Robertsbridge development with professionalism and care.
• Build lasting relationships and drive successful results in a busy on-site environment.
