Job summary

Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust in Andover invites a skilled Sonographer to join our radiology team. You will perform a wide range of ultrasound examinations across our sites, including General Abdominal, Gynaecological, Small Parts, Musculoskeletal, Vascular and Neonatal Hip.

This role includes teaching student Sonographers and supporting service development, with travel between four HHFT sites. Obstetric ultrasound is managed elsewhere.

Qualifications

• PgD in Ultrasound or equivalent, HCPC registration or voluntary registration, and the ability to travel between our sites.
• Experience as a professional and experienced Sonographer committed to excellent patient care and high-quality imaging.
• Enthusiasm: a highly motivated individual ready to join a forward-thinking team of friendly and supportive professionals.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of ultrasound examinations including General Abdominal, Gynaecological, Small Parts, Musculoskeletal, Vascular, Neonatal Hip, and Inpatients.
• Support the development of services and training for student Sonographers.
• Travel between HHFT sites to cover multiple locations.
