Job summary

Vertiv is seeking an EMEA Field Marketing Specialist to drive end-to-end marketing activities in Northern Europe. The role focuses on event delivery, PR coordination, lead management, and brand-consistent content across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics.

You will partner with field sales, manage campaigns, and leverage AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining global brand guidelines. The position is remote with regular travel (up to 3 months/year) and periodic face-to-face meetings in London

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or related field.
• 3+ years of field marketing experience, including content, communications, technical writing, and data center or IT environments.
• Experience managing event logistics and post-event lead processes.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Oracle, Redwood) and marketing automation platforms (6Sense, Power BI) and social media scheduling tools.
• Experience using Canva Pro.
• Excellent written and verbal English.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the UK, Ireland, and the Nordics (up to 3 months per year) and attend London or Southampton offices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end event delivery and field activations.
• Capture, route, qualify, and hand off leads with zero pipeline leakage.
• Align field marketing with Revenue PODs to drive pipeline and revenue.
• Track marketing-sourced pipeline and report campaign impact using analytics tools.
• Maintain brand consistency and develop compelling case studies and sales enablement content.
• Collaborate with sales, agencies, and internal stakeholders across time zones.
