You will drive ESG excellence, lead a team of sustainability specialists, influence senior stakeholders, and embed measurable sustainability practices from concept through to completion. This role demands strategic thinking and practical delivery across diverse programmes.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering sustainability initiatives within construction or built environment sectors.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, whole-life carbon and energy efficiency.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-disciplinary collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of ambitious sustainability strategies across a national project portfolio.
• Embed ESG principles across design, procurement and delivery lifecycle.
• Mentor and develop a team of sustainability professionals.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, regulators and supply chain partners to achieve goals.
• Introduce innovative, measurable sustainability practices across project delivery.
