Job summary

Hillarys Blinds Limited is seeking a highly organised Wholesale Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations in the UK. You will supervise operatives, manage workflows, and ensure safety and KPI achievement across the warehouse function.

You will coordinate labour, support quality and continuous improvement initiatives, and work closely with cross functional teams to maintain operational excellence and timely delivery of goods.

Qualifications

• Experience in production or warehouse environments.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety principles and compliance.
• Desirable SAP systems knowledge.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel and basic IT skills.
• Strong organization and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the receipt and recording of deliveries and stock movements.
• Plan and monitor labour resources (temporary and permanent staff).
• Ensure workflow planning meets operational targets and KPIs.
• Allocate tasks to keep operatives productive.
• Perform quality checks and address issues promptly.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and reduce risk.
• Prepare warehouse areas for deliveries and minimize handling.
• Maintain accurate stock transactions and storage.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct reviews.
• Support audits and cross-department collaboration.
